The following settlement mods are used by the city plans in this repository. They are available for both PC and Xbox One.

I scrapped 1 house in Sanctuary and mod did not restore it when I started a new city plan. Maybe I should progress with the story first? I started these generators under Concord for Jake recently. Also I have set everything to AUTO and Settlements seem not to upgrade to level 2 even if they have all the scrap and few thousand caps. So I scrap the old one and build new one etc. Just 2 small problems with the mod, first Leaders, there is problem with leaders, can't move them around different settlements often, and sometimes when I come back to settlement I get a popup saying that I need to build another desk if X is to be a leader. New Settlers with quests, personality, back stories, I cant stop playing - WOW! If not the lousy Bethesda programing and Settlers unable to find door to enter a building standing in the middle of flat field and they are standing near the wall whole night instead of going to bed. I can live without DLCs but not without Sim Settlements :) The buildings and everything looks so great and realistic, sounds of people talking in their homes, laughing, arguing.
